this is important above all (above): Art. do not underestimate the depth of the difficulty or pain that can lie under that sense of peace. tranquility and unease are not mutually exclusive. try to let yourself hold what appear to be contradictory impulses together and understand them as being a part of one another rather than a point where a choice between two options must be made.
